Dexterra Group is seeking a dependable 3rd Cook to join their culinary team in a remote camp setting. This role involves preparing various hot and cold menu items, ensuring high food safety standards, and maintaining a clean workspace. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment
• Prepare hot and cold food items including salads and sandwiches
• Complete HACCP and production logs for food safety
• Assist in cleaning duties and regular kitchen organization
• Transport and manage kitchen supplies efficiently

Requirements:
• Experience in large-scale cooking environments
• Food Safe certification preferred
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to a 2 weeks on/1 week off rotation
