Senior Marketing Manager

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager who loves rolling up their sleeves and making things happen!

This is an exciting opportunity to own and execute marketing across multiple established brands in the building materials industry. You'll be responsible for everything from strategy and digital campaigns to brand development, sales support, and customer engagement.

This is not a role where you'll simply oversee marketing — you'll be the person driving it forward. We're looking for a self-starter who can develop ideas, execute campaigns, and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

- Own and execute marketing strategies across multiple brands and locations.
- Lead digital marketing, including websites, SEO, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
- Create engaging marketing content, sales collateral, promotional materials, and product campaigns.
- Partner with Sales teams to drive leads, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Manage vendor relationships, co-op marketing programs, and joint promotions.
- Plan and execute customer events, trade shows, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets, track performance, and optimize ROI.
- Take projects from concept to completion — balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

What We're Looking For




- 5–10+ years of marketing experience , ideally in B2B, building materials, construction, distribution, or manufacturing.
- A true marketing generalist with strong digital, brand, and campaign execution experience.
- Someone who is equally comfortable building a marketing strategy and executing it themselves.
- Experience supporting Sales teams and working with vendors or channel partners.
- Strong project management skills and a results-driven mindset.
- A proactive, resourceful marketer who thrives working independently and taking ownership.
