This unique role is designed for a skilled clinical professional who also possesses strong business development skills. In addition to delivering exceptional clinical treatments, you will play a pivotal role in growing our clientele through high-converting consultations, proactive lead nurturing, database management, and active social media engagement on Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality advanced treatments—including Microneedling, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peel, Facials, BBL (IPL), and other laser modalities—safely and effectively according to clinic protocols.
- Consultations & Conversion: Conduct comprehensive skin consultations that build trust, educate clients, and successfully convert inquiries into long-term treatment plans.
- Social Media & Branding: Create engaging daily content and manage our Facebook and Instagram pages to showcase results (before/afters), promote services, and attract local clients.
- Lead Nurturing & Database Management: Utilize our Aesthetic Pro software to manage client files,



track leads, execute follow-ups, and proactively re-engage past clients.
- Product Education: Recommend tailored home-care regimens using our premium medical-grade product lines to maximize clinical results and meet retail targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of active clinical experience in a medical spa or dermatology clinic.
- Active and valid Medical Asthetician or Laser Technician certification/licence.
- Proven expertise and hands-on experience performing microneedling, microdermabrasion, BBL/IPL, and advanced laser treatments.
- Demonstrated business development skills with a track record of building a loyal clientele and meeting sales goals.
- Proficiency with medspa management software, with specific experience in Aesthetic Pro considered a major asset.
- Highly creative and tech-savvy, with a strong comfort level managing and growing business profiles on Facebook and Instagram (reels, stories, posts).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and consultative closing skills.
- Reliable transportation to our clinic in Milton (accessible commuting distance from Oakville, Burlington, , or ).

Compensation:

Enjoy a good base Salary plus generous commission on treatments and products sold.
