Job Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer – Technical Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead to deliver enterprise CRM, Customer Service, and case management solutions.

- Minimum 7 years of software development experience , 5 years with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform , and 3 years in a technical leadership role .
- Proven experience leading MS Dynamics development teams, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing development standards.
- Robust expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service , Customer Service Workspace, Agent Experience Profiles, session templates, workstreams, and routing.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse , data modeling, security, plug-ins, workflows, and low-code/custom development.
- Experience designing Azure solutions using Azure Functions,



Logic Apps, API Management, App Services, Azure Storage, and Key Vault .
- Strong custom development skills in C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL Server/Azure SQL .
- Experience developing enterprise integrations and implementing Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines , and automated deployments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solution architectures and lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with permitting, licensing, registration, inspection, compliance, or case management solutions is highly relevant; public-sector experience is an asset .
