Fullscript is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the AI & Analytics Engineering team. You will design and deploy AI-powered features, including lab summaries and clinician-facing agents, and build backend services to integrate LLMs into Fullscript’s platform using Python with growing Elixir exposure.

You’ll own AI systems end to end—from experimentation through production deployment—while collaborating with medical, product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver reliable,
