- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff alike.
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and upsell retail products effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating personalized experiences that foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting nail care products and accessories that complement services and meet client needs.
