This role includes key responsibilities like recruiting, training, coaching, and scheduling, as well as career development for staff to ensure their success and engagement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set and monitor departmental standards for quality and efficiency
• Provide timely training and ongoing development for all staff
• Coach team members to enhance performance and engagement




• Analyze business practices for process improvement initiatives
• Handle escalated issues and customer inquiries

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education relevant to the investment industry
• 3-5 years of experience in investments; 1-2 years supervisory
• Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel is a plus
