This position reports to the Technical Director and calls for an analytical chemist with a background in manufacturing. Your work will encompass formulation development, regulatory compliance, and optimization processes across North America. You will play a key role in pilot trials and commercial production while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and validate product formulations meeting EPA and FDA standards
• Assess raw materials and explore new ingredients or technologies
• Support scale-up from bench to commercial production




• Conduct HPLC and UV spectroscopy analytical testing
• Maintain accurate documentation of formulations and methods

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s in chemistry or related field
• 5-10 years in R&D; focused on product formulation
• Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques and equipment
• Knowledge of valuable laboratory practices
• Strong project management and organizational skills
