This role offers multiple casual positions with potential for extension, supporting various sections within the Ottawa Police Service. You will work with advanced reporting systems and should employ sound judgment during high-pressure situations. Be ready to communicate effectively and respond calmly to non-emergency calls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and handle incoming inquiries efficiently
• Generate police reports using Records Management System
• Mitigate risks while maintaining public confidence
• Work closely with various OPS sections
• Train new PRU personnel as required

Requirements:
• Secondary School Graduate or equivalent education
• One year of relevant work experience
• Fluency in English, French proficiency preferred
• Knowledge of CPIC queries and report procedures
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
