In this permanent position, you will be part of the Sales & Service Book of Business Team. Your responsibilities include servicing the current book of business, managing customer inquiries, assisting with quotes, reviewing coverage, and preparing documentation for insurers. Prior customer service and insurance experience will be beneficial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Service and expand the farm book of business
• Provide prompt advice and service to customers
• Review and process incoming commercial paperwork
• Assist with quotes and write new business
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in customer service
• Preferred 3-5 years in insurance experience
• AIC Insurance License or commitment to obtain
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Solid analytical and communication skills
