Arctic Arrow seeks a Project Administrator to support BC regional projects, reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration and the Project Controller. You will collaborate with payroll, accounts, PMs and field teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

You will manage project files, set up current projects in Spectrum, generate daily to monthly reports, issue purchase orders, and coordinate travel. Solid organization and communication are essential, with experience in field reporting and
