The Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital within Alberta Health Services seeks an experienced Patient Care Manager for the Older Adult Rehabilitation Unit 3D & Site Float Pool. You will lead a busy multidisciplinary team, drive protected, timely and high-quality care, and partner with staff, patients and families to sustain a positive culture. Reporting to the Older Adult Rehabilitation Director, you will steer strategic planning, safety, continuous improvement and effective use of resources, including
