Your role encompasses performance management, employee relations, career development, and onboarding. You'll coach teams, analyze metrics, and provide guidance throughout the employment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular check-ins with leadership teams
- Build effective business relationships with client groups
- Coach employees through onboarding and performance reviews
- Facilitate talent development and training initiatives
- Provide support on employee relations concerns Requirements:

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
