Oliver and Bonacini Restaurants seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day offsite catering and events operations, including logistics, staffing, cost controls and budgeting. You will lead a team of managers, event staff, and drivers across multiple venues.
The role requires a post-secondary degree in Business or Hospitality, 5+ years managing diverse events, and solid communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
