Manage and maintain AIMA's facilities in Winnipeg, Manitoba with a full-time, hands-on Property & Maintenance Manager role. Oversee repairs, ensure safety, and coordinate renovations for optimal property functioning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining AIMA properties, including Shelly’s Indigenous Bistro. This full-time position requires strong hands-on maintenance skills, renovation expertise, and an ability to assess property issues effectively. You’ll be managing everything from routine upkeep to major renovation projects, ensuring properties are professionally maintained and safe for use.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete routine maintenance and repairs across assigned properties
• Perform general handyman duties and troubleshoot maintenance issues




• Coordinate and monitor contractors during renovations
• Conduct regular inspections and develop maintenance schedules
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in building maintenance or related fields
• Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence required
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check necessary
