Advance your career with TreowGroup as a Senior Product Development Chemist in the GTA. Leverage your chemistry expertise to design and validate innovative formulations in a full time role. This position reports to the Technical Director and calls for an analytical chemist with a background in manufacturing.

Your work will encompass formulation development, regulatory compliance, and optimization processes across North America. You will play a key role in pilot trials and commercial production while contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and validate product formulations meeting EPA and FDA standards
- Assess raw materials and explore new ingredients or technologies
- Support scale-up from bench to commercial production




- Conduct HPLC and UV spectroscopy analytical testing
- Maintain accurate documentation of formulations and methods Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in chemistry or related field
- 5-10 years in R&D; focused on product formulation
- Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of good laboratory practices
