iQmetrix is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding and adoption for Intelligent Commerce Retail Experience. You will ensure required setup tasks are completed, train non-technical users, and partner with cross-functional teams to set clients up for a successful go-live.
You'll work with Implementation, Product, Support, and Account Management to deliver a consistent, outcome-focused launch experience and long-term client success.
