Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues swiftly
• Lead preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders and materials




• Coordinate oversight of external contractors as needed
• Ensure protected working practices and compliance with policies

Requirements:
• Certified Industrial Millwright or late-stage apprentice
• 5-10 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Understanding of packaging equipment and PLCs
• Strong problem-solving and team-oriented skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts and physical capabilities
