The City of Windsor is seeking a Legal Assistant – Real Estate/Corporate to support the Real Estate Services Department. This regular full time position focuses on Street and Alley closures, title review, and by-law registrations within a municipal environment.
You will perform administrative and legal tasks, manage transfers and easements in Teraview, and liaise with property owners and lawyers. Experience in municipal real estate transactions is highly valued.
