Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and daily personal care
• Follow individualized service plans and document resident changes
• Promote safety, dignity,



and independence among residents
• Engage residents through conversations and organized activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean environment

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Compassionate and reliable with strong communication skills
• Engage positively with residents and families
• Willingness to work on a casual basis as needed
