As a Public Health Nurse with Island Health, you will be crucial to improving quality and safety for patients. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide health promotion and disease prevention education
• Assess and counsel individuals, families, and groups

Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized nursing program with public health component
• Two years' relevant experience working with families
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Valid BC Driver's License and completion of certification courses
• Ability to practice within a relational model of care
