PCRS is seeking a Transitional Housing Worker in Surrey, BC for a 6-month term. The role provides one-on-one support, life skills coaching, and group activities to help unhoused youth ages 18–24 transition to safe, reliable housing. Includes housing search assistance, landlord advocacy, and collaboration with social workers.
Hours are 37.5 weekly with rotating AM/PM shifts (Nov 2026–May 2027). Must lift up to 50 lbs and have a relevant diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
