The Ottawa Hospital is seeking a Coordinator 2, Employee Scheduling to lead advanced scheduling tasks in a busy, unionized healthcare setting. You will develop master schedules, gather staff availability, and create rotations while ensuring compliance with collective agreements and service partnership terms.

You will supervise Staffing Assistants, support position management, and coordinate with TOH leaders across a designated portfolio to address complex staffing challenges.
