Overview

We're looking for an experienced Senior Barista to lead our coffee bar. You'll set the standard for drink quality, support and train the team, and help keep service smooth and welcoming. Ideal for someone who loves coffee, enjoys hospitality, and thrives in a fast-paced, close-knit team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to recipe and standard
- Dial in espresso daily and ensure consistency across every drink
- Train and mentor baristas on technique, workflow, and service
- Lead the bar during shifts and support FOH when needed (orders, food running, tables)
- Maintain and clean equipment, and flag maintenance issues early
- Track coffee and bar inventory and report or reorder supplies
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards

Requirements





- 2+ years of barista experience in a specialty or high-volume café
- Solid espresso skills: dialing in, milk texturing, latte art
- Comfortable leading and coaching others
- Friendly, guest-first attitude and clear communication
- Calm and organized under pressure
- Food safety certification is an asset
