Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a VIP Supervisor to lead the VIP Concierge team and deliver personalized service for high-profile guests. You will coordinate all phases of the guest stay, meet guests, and ensure a seamless experience across pre-arrival, in-house, and post-departure stages.
The role requires solid leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid knowledge of local Banff attractions. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
