Kainaiwa Children’s Services Corporation is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Worker. This role involves performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for various building systems. You will ensure the upkeep of facilities, maintain cleanliness, and respond to requests effectively, contributing directly to the residential programs offered by the Blood Tribe Youth Ranch.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing and electrical repairs
• Conduct regular HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting




• Inspect facilities to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
• Coordinate with contractors for external services
• Maintain cleanliness of building interiors and exteriors

Requirements:
• Facility Operations and Maintenance Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum three years of maintenance experience
• WHMIS and First Aid/CPR Certificates required
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Successful completion of clearance checks
