Role Description Advantage Insurance Brokers is looking for a full time Insurance Broker to join our Balcarres, Saskatchewan office .
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide professional advice, and secure appropriate coverage.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Meeting with clients and assessing their insurance needs and risk profiles
Preparing quotes and explaining coverage options
Processing new business, renewals, endorsements,



and policy changes
Responding to client inquiries and providing ongoing policy support
Assisting clients with claims-related questions
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
Working with insurance carriers and staying current on available products and coverage
Contributing to the growth of the Balcarres office through referrals, networking, and excellent customer service
Qualifications CAIB Level 2 or Level 3 is required
Saskatchewan insurance licensing in good standing
Experience in personal and/or commercial insurance is an asset
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Comfortable working with insurance management systems, office software, documentation, and regulatory requirements
