The Salvation Army in Oakville, Ontario is seeking an experienced counsellor to support individuals with substance use challenges. You will provide individual counselling, case management, group facilitation and contribute to discharge planning while collaborating with community partners to deliver wraparound services.
The role requires a foundational degree in human services, registration in a qualified college, and at least 3 years in the substance use field.
