The Opportunity
KL Eng is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This role is for an experienced P.Eng. who wants to lead: own projects from proposal through construction, act as Engineer of Record, manage client relationships, and help build the structural team. You will work on potash, uranium, and ag-industrial facilities across Saskatchewan.
You will work directly with the founder as a key member of a small, high-trust firm, where your decisions shape both our projects and the company. This role is ideal for an engineer who combines sound technical judgment with ownership, clear communication, and a desire to mentor others. We encourage the use of safe AI tools and automation applied to real engineering work, including calculations, documentation, and project tracking.
If this opportunity interests you, please send your cover letter, resume, and optional design portfolio on Indeed or to
[email protected]. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a short structural design assessment.
KL Eng is also posting an Intermediate Structural Engineer / Project Manager role. Applicants will be considered for the level that best fits their experience.
