Cogir Senior Living is searching for an energetic Active Living Aide to support the planning and implementation of engaging activities for residents. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for working with the elderly. You'll collaborate closely with the Active Living Manager and other teams to ensure residents enjoy fulfilling experiences every day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and implementing resident programs
• Maintain department records and assessments
• Communicate effectively with residents and families




• Attend in-service education for trends in elder care
• Facilitate outings and assess resident activities

Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation, Gerontology or equivalent
• Experience working with seniors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Energetic and compassionate demeanor
• Valid provincial driver's license for transportation
