Drive client engagement and retirement education as a full-time Consultant for Canada Life. Focus on client service, retirement strategies, and maximizing workplace participation.

This permanent position reports to the National Manager, Education & Engagement. You will educate clients and execute effective communication strategies to enhance engagement and retention. Your expertise in workplace retirement plans will drive growth and transfer of assets from other institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engaging group retirement education sessions
• Develop annual communication and education strategies
• Encourage plan participation and voluntary enrollment
• Manage budget and time effectively for education sessions
• Create member presentations per marketing guidelines

Requirements:
• Experience with workplace retirement and financial services
• Robust communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual in French is an asset
