• Plan and facilitate resident-centered recreation programs
• Promote resident independence and advocacy for their rights
• Maintain current resident records in compliance with policies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Recreation Therapy or related field
• Minimum three years of experience with seniors in care settings
• Effective communication skills for family interactions
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records
