Lifemark Health Group - pt Health Sarnia Physiotherapy is seeking a Care Coordinator in Sarnia, ON. This casual part time role manages front-desk duties, patient intake, scheduling, billing, and communications to support clinicians and patients.
You will liaise with staff and funders, coordinate records, and assist with documentation while traveling between regional locations as needed.
