Location: Various locations across Alberta

As aNurse Practitioner (NP), you will play a vital role in providing high-qualityhealthcare services to patients across diverse settings. Your responsibilitieswill include conducting assessments, diagnosing and treating health conditions,and developing comprehensive care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

KeyResponsibilities:
Performthorough physical examinations and health assessments to evaluate patient needsand conditions.
Diagnoseand manage acute and chronic illnesses, developing treatment plans that includemedication management and lifestyle recommendations.
Collaboratewith healthcare teams, including physicians and specialists, to ensure cohesivepatient care and follow-up.




Educatepatients and their families on health management, treatment options, andpreventive care strategies to promote wellness.
Maintainaccurate and timely records of patient encounters, treatment plans, andoutcomes in electronic health records (EHR).
Stayinformed about the latest advancements in healthcare practices and contributeto quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
Serve as a patient advocate, providing supportand guidance throughout the healthcare process while respecting patientautonomy and confidentiality.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
Valid state NP license and current CPR certification.
Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred; specialized training in areas such as family practice, pediatrics, or geriatrics is a plus.
Robust clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring confidentiality.
