Bank & Baron is looking for an experienced, energetic Server to join our front-of-house team.

Located in the heart of downtown Calgary, Bank & Baron is a high-volume pub and event venue operating inside one of the city’s most distinctive historic spaces. We serve everything from busy lunch services and Flames nights to private events, corporate functions, and full venue buyouts.

We’re looking for someone who is confident on the floor, communicates well, moves with purpose, and genuinely enjoys creating a great guest experience.

What You’ll Do

- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service
- Manage a busy section efficiently while maintaining service standards
- Guide guests through our food, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings
- Accurately enter orders and process payments
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, hosts, and management
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties
- Support large events, private functions, and high-volume service periods
- Resolve minor guest concerns professionally and involve management when needed
- Work as part of the team rather than focusing only on your own section

What We’re Looking For

- Previous serving experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-volume restaurant or pub
- Strong communication and guest-service skills




- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and event nights
- ProServe certification required
- Experience with Toast POS is an asset
