We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and food safety practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely delivery of orders




- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve multiple tables effectively without compromising quality

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest engagement
- Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations to ensure protected dining environments
- Ability to perform basic math for bill calculations, tips, and cash handling accurately
- Kitchen or food industry experience beneficial for understanding food preparation processes
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining high service standards

Pay: $17.60-$28.98 per hour
