Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements





- Prior food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that prioritizes guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of POS systems such as TouchBistro POS or similar technology for efficient order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen support roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
