Duties

- Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food handling standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience.




- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and handle any difficult situations professionally.
- Assist in opening or closing procedures as needed, including inventory checks and restocking supplies.

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a strong background in bartending or serving roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to engage guests positively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling practices, and responsible alcohol service.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change accurately, and managing tabs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
