Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders for food and beverages using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to bartending standards and safety protocols
- Cook and assemble menu items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines, maintaining high quality standards
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, bar counters,



and kitchen spaces in compliance with food handling and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; familiarity with food service operations will help you excel in this role
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- Hospitality experience that demonstrates adaptability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
