We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS software
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing tills at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods




- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to sanitation and health regulations for guest safety

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms, is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices within the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles that demonstrate reliability and teamwork in quick-paced environments
