Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, food knowledge, and a positive attitude.

Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained throughout your shift. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality and adherence to food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills




- Ensure guest needs are met promptly by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Follow proper food handling protocols and sanitation practices to uphold food safety standards in the restaurant industry

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience preferred; familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for order entry, check splitting, and cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to serve guests efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
