Hello, Holiday Hero

Miracle is Toronto's original and busiest Christmas cocktail bar, and this is our tenth year of covering every possible surface in tinsel, twinkle lights and questionable vintage ornaments. Last season more than 40,000 merry guests squeezed into our Bloor and Harbourfront bars, and this year we are going even bigger. We are not a classy, curated, minimalist holiday bar. We are the bar your aunt would build if she had unlimited garland and zero restraint, and we love it that way.

About the Role

Our servers are the reason guests leave grinning and come back every single year. You will guide tables through our holiday cocktail and food menu, keep a busy section humming on sold-out nights, and work hand in mittened hand with the bar and kitchen to keep the cheer flowing. You will also help bring our private holiday parties to life and, at Harbourfront, spread the magic at our weekend Santa Pancake Brunch, where Santa reads to the kids and the syrup flows freely.

You Will Fit Right In If

- You have at least 4 years of front of house experience in a high-volume bar and a packed section is your happy place
- You have SevenRooms experience
- You hold a valid Smart Serve certification




- You are a POS wizard who can juggle a big section with a smile
- You are available a minimum of 3 days per week, including evenings, weekends and the December holiday rush
- You are legally eligible to work in Canada
- You are 19 or older for our Bloor location
- You love Christmas wholeheartedly, unironically and without a single doubt (Grinches need not apply)

The Goods

- $19.00 per hour plus pooled tips, distributed through Atlas
- Bi-weekly pay
- Part-time to full-time hours
- Team start date of November 9, with orientation and paperwork beforehand, and our doors swing open to the public on November 20
- Late nights until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, plus weekend morning brunch shifts with the big man himself at Harbourfront
