Job Summary

White Lotus Thai & Vietnamese Cuisine is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front of House Server to join our team in Bridgewater.

As a Server, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and helping keep the front of house clean and organized.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and can stay organized and positive in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. Previous serving experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate dine-in and takeout orders using our Clover POS system
- Answer questions about the menu and help guests with their selections
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Communicate allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests clearly to the kitchen
- Check in with guests throughout their meal and respond promptly to requests
- Process cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately
- Assist with takeout and online orders when required
- Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, front counter, and service areas
- Complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned




- Work closely with other front-of-house and kitchen team members during busy service periods
- Follow restaurant food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures

Qualifications
- Previous serving, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable handling payments and using a POS system
- Able to multitask and manage multiple tables and orders at once
- Willing to learn our menu, including Thai and Vietnamese dishes
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
