Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and effective Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work setting.

Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. The Server will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the overall operations of the establishment.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed, adhering to proper food handling procedures
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods




- Ensure guest needs are met promptly, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism
- Follow all sanitation, health, and safety regulations to uphold food safety standards

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Experience with food industry standards including serving, upselling, and guest services is preferred
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus but not required
