Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team.

The Service

Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in an automotive repair dealership setting. ## Duties - Greet customers and assist them with their service needs - Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles - Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services, ensuring transparency with customers - Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs - Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Utilize mechanical knowledge to explain technical information to customers in an understandable manner ## Requirements - Proven experience in customer service,
