You'll lead local QC staff and manage the Quality Management System and Food Safety program. Utilizing your expertise, you will address customer issues swiftly while engaging in continuous improvement efforts for both the site and corporate level.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise quality control staff and lab operations
• Manage quality management system and safety programs




• Address customer quality concerns with immediate solutions
• Identify deficiencies and drive process improvements
• Conduct quality audits across Compass sites

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Food Safety
• 5-7 years of relevant lab or food manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and quality systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in statistical methods and control plans
