Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule safety evaluations with policyholders
• Document risk management and loss control points
• Complete detailed reports and provide photographs




• Identify risk exposures and maintenance opportunities
• Support underwriters and brokers on technical strategies

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property inspections
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Valid class 5 driver’s license
• Knowledge of building codes and risk assessment
• Ability to travel across Manitoba and Saskatchewan
