Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection to IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001; review test and burn-in results; maintain calibration records
Investigate non-conformances, RMAs, and field failures (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA); manage CAPAs and MRB activities
Maintain ISO 9001-aligned procedures, work instructions, and records; support internal and external audits
Support supplier qualification and scorecards; resolve supplier issues including counterfeit risk, obsolescence, and PCN/EOL notices
Participate in design reviews, DFM/DFT, and first article inspections; support qualification testing and compliance (CE, UL/CSA, FCC, RoHS, REACH, WEEE)
Analyze quality metrics (FPY, DPPM, RMA trends, COPQ) using SPC; support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives

Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of quality experience in electronics manufacturing
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC standards, and PCB assembly (SMT and through-hole)
Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA
Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and BOMs
Robust analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/QMS software
Experience in broadcast, pro A/V, telecom, or other high-reliability electronics is an asset
Internal or supplier auditing experienceis an asset
IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 certification; ASQ certification (CQE, CQA, CQT) or Six Sigma Green/Black Beltis an asset
Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R;, and ESD controlis an asset
