JOEY Restaurants is seeking a Service Leader to build and guide a high‑performing team of 50–100 across Canada and the US. You will lead recruitment, development, and coaching to elevate guests' experience and restaurant performance.
You will deliver quarterly strategic plans, manage budgets, and uphold standards in product, profit, setting and service. This is a fast-paced leadership path within a multi‑million-dollar operation.
