Our outstanding client, a full service law firm, located in midtown Toronto seeks a Wills & Estates Law Clerk to join its team. This role offers room for growth and the prospect to be part of a dynamic and collegial work setting.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents using Estateably, and Teraview .
Managing probate applications, estate administration, and related client communications.
Working closely with lawyers and clients to ensure smooth and compassionate handling of sensitive matters.
Balancing multiple priorities with precision, professionalism, and care.

Requirements.
A graduate of anOntario Law Clerk program (ILCO certified).
5+ years of experience in Wills and Estates law.
Tech-savvy and proficient with Estateably, and Teraview .
A natural communicator - professional, empathetic, and client-focused.
Organized, proactive, and adaptable - you thrive in a quick-paced setting.
